We here in Chicago are anxiously awaiting the 2016 Summer Olympics location decision this October. I have all of my fingers and toes crossed that they will choose my hometown of Chicago – it will be a once in a lifetime event that we will be so incredibly proud to host!

Chicago 2016 Olympics Bid

As if Millennium Park isn’t enough of a gorgeous and awesome Lake Michigan lakefront attraction, Chicago plans on building an incredibly cool island for the games if we get them:

Chicago is such a sports-loving city that our lakefront is practically ready-made to host an event on the scale of the Olympics.
