February is over?! Really?!! That was so fast! Yay! Craft Jr. is coming up on being one year old soon, too – so many things to celebrate!

Now that the birthday party season is here, I figured I’d best get going on more general craft posts instead of focusing so much on the holidays lately! I’ve always kind of wished my son was more into pirates than he really is. He’s more of a Bakugan or Star Wars kind of kid. I’m more of a fairy tale type, myself – loving the dragons, fairies, and knights in shining armor.

Printable Thanksgiving Masks

Last November, I launched Animal Jr. right before Thanksgiving with a few printable masks and turkey coloring pages. Little did I realize that not even one year later it would be such a huge network of sites for children, and that I would be able to make a living doing crafts and coloring with my kids. I don’t need Thanksgiving to be grateful this year – every day is play day in our family and my life is about as close to perfect as you can get.

So I got a little nostalgic making these Thanksgiving masks today – sometimes that dang universe sure leads us to exactly where we need to be, don’t you think?
