Printable Halloween Templates

Craft templates are pretty popular around here because they can be used so many ways – for stencils, cookie cutters, decorations, banners, scrapbooking… whatever. Here’s a new set of Halloween shapes for any of your crafting needs. While these could also be used as pumpkin carving stencils, I’ve included a big list below of other stencils just for pumpkin carving, too.

Easter Templates to Print

Here’s the latest addition to our popular printable craft templates category, a new set of spring and easter shapes! You can print these templates and use them for any craft or decorating project you need – paper shapes, wall decorations, decoupage, foam and fabric shape cutting… whatever you need. They come in small versions all on one page, or larger sizes on individual printable pages.

Printable Bubble Letters

We’ve got some really cool printable letters across the Woo! Jr. Network – the bunny letters and the flower letters are particularly popular. But there are a lot of uses for just plain old ordinary bubble letters, like for craft patterns, quilting, banners, lettering, scrapbooking… oh, I could sit here and think of more uses, but you probably can think of more than I can.

Here’s an entire bubble letter printable alphabet A to Z, including a smaller set on one page. Also, because so many people asked for them, here’s a new set of lowercase bubble letters, and bubble numbers and special characters too!

Halloween T-Shirt Iron Ons

I was digging around in some old artwork of mine today, and came up with a new idea for Craft Jr. – printable iron ons! These things are awesome – simply print these Halloween designs out on ink jet iron-on transfer paper and iron them onto t shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags (ooooo! Make trick or treat bags!), whatever your heart desires. You could make adorable Halloween party favors with these too!

I don’t get to draw too often these days anymore, so when I get to put up a post with my own hand-drawn artwork, I get way excited. :) So if you use these, I’d be even happier if you uploaded a picture of your project in the comments on this page!

Special printing note: PLEASE do a test run on your printer’s draft setting before you print these out onto your expensive iron-on-transfer paper! You may need to adjust your printer settings to get these at the size you want. At the VERY least, use the Print Preview!!

Leaf Template Printables

I received a request today from one of our newsletter subscribers, asking for autumn leaf templates. Easy enough, I thought, plus I needed a little inspiration after our long three day Labor Day weekend, anyway! (Yes, I do ‘take requests’!)

Paper Chain People Craft

While putting together these Christmas paper chains, I decided to create several more paper chain templates of people, animals and fun shapes. My kids love making accordion fold paper chains – I guess sometimes the simplest kids crafts can also be the most satisfying!

Christmas Paper Chains

Reindeer Paper Chains

I really love printable crafts! I’m a little late on my Christmas in July series, but here’s the next one up – printable Christmas paper chain templates! There’s a snowman, reindeer, angel and Christmas tree, along with easy directions on how to cut and fold the paper to make these paper chains. Tape several of them together to make cute paper garlands and decorate with glitter or paint!

Printable Favor Box or Gift Box Template

I’ve always been fascinated with package design, so this little project is an exciting first step for me to start putting together some of my own box templates to print & download.

For the favor box pictured above, I printed out the box template onto double sided scrapbook lightweight cardstock. I actually intended for this side of the paper to be on the inside, but fed the paper into my printer wrong. ‘Doh! So I recommend doing a trial run to ensure you are getting what you want before you print out the box template onto your nice papers.

Printed onto a regular letter sized piece of paper at 8.5″ x 11″ inches, the box stands approximately 5 inches tall. If you have a printer or copier to print at larger sizes, you could turn this box template into a gorgeous gift box, or print it on plain paper and let the kids color and decorate it.

How to Put Together the Favor Box

Simple. Just print and then cut out the box template on the outside solid lines. Make folds on the gray dotted lines, and glue the one flap on the bottom end of the template to the opposite end of the box. Then fold the bottm box flaps as shown and tuck the last flap underneath the top flap.
